趙姓男子長期失業，因為油價、電價雙漲，為此對總統馬英九不滿，去年8月打公共電話到總統府陳情專線，揚言「我要殺死總統」；隔2個月後，他又打電話到110表示「要刺殺總統」，遭警方法辦。
士林地檢署認為，趙打電話發洩不滿政府施政不力的情緒，雖然用詞過度，但主觀上沒有恐嚇犯意，今天處分他不起訴
